SPINNING TECHNIQUE will help you understand the turns & spins you can do as a Salsa dancer. You will practice different spins, so you can blow your partners’ mind in your next social dance.
SALSA BOMBA is an experiment: a solo class with no explanations. Music is playing non-stop. You will do moves first slow and then fast. There will be enough repetition for you to understand the move you are doing, but no pause. Think of it as a Zumba class, but Cuban Salsa. You’ll need some endurance to make it through the hour & be prepared to get very sweaty.
